Pat M. Barrett III

Patrick Barrett's practice areas include products liability, antitrust, personal injury, environmental tort, class action and nursing home litigation. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Mississippi, the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Barrett graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993 where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.
